Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of health insurance policy coverage, exclusions, and claim processing.
Familiarity with claim categories (IPD/OPD/Pre-post health claims processing).
Basic understanding of medical terminology and treatment protocols.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and claims processing systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or Insurance.
MBA in Insurance / Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years’ experience in health insurance claims, OPD/cashless/IPD processing, or TPA operations.
