About the Role

As Senior/Principal Product Manager – Auto Pricing Strategy, you will envision and execute the pricing roadmap across Motor products. You will work closely with actuarial, data science, engineering, design, operations, and business teams to build scalable pricing systems and experimentation frameworks that directly impact conversion, loss ratios, and long-term customer value. You will operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership and visibility, solving complex problems through a blend of product thinking, analytics, and execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end pricing product charter for Auto - from strategy definition to execution and continuous optimization.

• Identify and build pricing levers that improve conversion, revenue, and profitability while maintaining strong risk discipline.

• Partner deeply with Actuarial and Data Science to translate models into production-ready product experiences.

• Design and scale pricing experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohorts, segmentation) to continuously learn and iterate.

• Build internal pricing tools and platforms that enable faster decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Drive roadmap planning, OKRs, and delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.

• Balance short-term business outcomes with long-term platform thinking.

• Use data rigorously to identify opportunities, tell compelling stories, and influence stakeholders.

• Ensure pricing logic integrates seamlessly into customer journeys across channels and partners.

• Bring clarity to ambiguity and push initiatives from idea to launch with strong execution ownership.

What You’ll Need

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience delivering impactful customer-facing or platform products.

• Strong experience owning complex, data-heavy problem spaces (pricing, growth, risk, marketplaces, or decision systems preferred).

• Proven ability to define product strategy, set OKRs, and lead execution across a portfolio.

• Customer obsession - ability to solve hard problems with elegant, simple solutions.

• Analytical chops - you live and breathe data, can independently derive insights, and understand both its power and limitations.

• A strong “Driver” mindset -biased toward action, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

• Passion for building digital-first products at scale and excitement about ACKO’s mission.
