We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join the Business Finance team. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Track business performance against financial targets

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards

2. Business Partnering

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product)

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

• Evaluate new business initiatives and cost optimization opportunities

3. Financial Reporting

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities

• Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across business segments

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

4. Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and risks

• Build financial models to support business cases

• Drive automation and process improvements

5. Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls

• Support audits and regulatory requirements

Qualifications/Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• CA Fresher or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus

• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills (Good to have)

• Exposure to FP&A / Business Finance during articleship or work experience

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems
