About Job
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including workshop onboarding, spare parts procurement, claims coordination, and network performance. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing claim turnaround time (TAT), strengthening workshop relationships, optimizing procurement costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Skills & Qualification
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Auto/Mech Engineering
4–6 years of experience in insurance, motor claims, supply chain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of automotive repair processes, spare parts procurement, and motor insurance claims.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Willingness to travel for workshop visits and operational reviews.
Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and activate new workshops in line with business requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with network and preferred workshops.
Conduct regular workshop visits to review operational performance, address concerns, and ensure adherence to company policies. Evaluate workshop performance based on quality, turnaround time (TAT), customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Convert high-performing network workshops into preferred workshops
Coordinate with Claims, Surveyors, and Workshops to minimize claim processing delays.
Resolve operational escalations related to claims, Cashless approval issues, Delays in survey reports, Repair delays
Ensure claims are processed within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Spare Parts Procurement & Supply Chain
Monitor the spare parts procurement process to ensure timely availability of parts.
Support Garage Coordinators in sourcing critical and non-available parts.
Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and vendors to minimize procurement lead time.
Ensure procurement follows approved cost and quality standards.
Track procurement turnaround time and identify opportunities for improvement.
Resolve issues related to wrong, damaged, delayed, or short-supplied parts.
