Job Description
We are seeking a customer-centric doctor professional to manage the end-to-end pre-policy underwriting journey.The RM Doctor conducts Tele-Medical Evaluations (Tele-MER), coordinates medical requirements, engages with customers, and collaborates with underwriting and operations teams to enable accurate and timely policy decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Tele-MER call and capture accurate medical disclosures.
Own assigned cases from allocation to underwriting decision/reproposal closure.
Explain Add Info, PPMC and reproposal outcomes to customers.
Coordinate PPMC scheduling and laboratory availability.
Perform proactive follow-ups for Tele-MER, Add Info, PPMC and callbacks.
Maintain real-time updates in underwriting systems and productivity trackers.
Collaborate with CMU, Operations and Pre-Sales teams.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and audit requirements.
Qualifications
BAMS/BHMS/BPT/BDS/B.Pharm/Nursing/PharmD degree from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council registration.
Experience in clinical practice, telemedicine or health insurance preferred.
