Overview:

Air Doctor is recruiting an Account Manager to join our company!

We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships.

-Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal business units.

-Onboard new customers: taking an active part in Onboarding new partners with the Sale team.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company delivers as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

-Generate, deliver, monitor, and track monthly KPIs, provide regular reports and updates, and discuss necessary action plans with partners considering achieved results.

-Act as a proactive problem solver, ensuring client interaction satisfaction.

-Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Requirements and skills:

Previous experience in a client-facing role is mandatory, at least 1-2 years.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sensitive data and information in order to achieve accurate analysis.

Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Language – Fluent in English, Spanish – an advantage.
