We’ve just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.

Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the sales team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify potential leads, initiating the sales process and setting the stage for successful deal closures. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts (pre-sales stage), engaging with prospects, and ensuring a seamless handover to the Sales Executives.

You will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls and social media referrals and responsible for maintaining relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:

  • thorough research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • various tools and channels to generate new leads, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

Lead Qualification:

  • with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them based on established criteria.
  • articulate the value proposition of our products or services to potential customers (pitching).
  • Responsible for customers' research presentation.

Outreach and Communication:

  • contact with leads through personalized emails, calls, and other communication channels.
  • and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through regular follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with potential partners from the lead stage to the contract.
  • Preparing commercial and pricing documents
  • Providing prompt responses to all new leads and potential customers.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • closely with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • valuable insights from prospect interactions to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participating at conferences; assisting with setting up meetings and follow up on leads generated from events.

Data Management:

  • accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
  • update and maintain lead information to ensure data accuracy.

Performance Metrics:

  • or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification.
  • regular reports on key performance metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Requirements

Fluent in English- a must

• Proficiency in other languages- an advantage

• Bachelor's degree- an advantage

• 1-2 years of experience with sales tools, including [Monday, HubSpot, etc.]

• Proven track record of articulating product/service benefits and building rapport with prospects.

• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and social media.

• Ability to identify customer pain points and accurately assess the value proposition for both the company and the customer.

• Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and with strong attention to detail.

The role includes traveling abroad.
