Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnership Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to build and enhance partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and building strong relationships with partners. You will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement partnership marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with overall marketing and business objectives.
Brand Management: Ensure that all partnership marketing activities are in line with the company’s brand guidelines. Work to enhance brand reputation and visibility through effective partnership initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives. Provide training and resources to internal teams regarding partnership marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and regularly report on progress to senior management.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with account-based marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English speaker with preference to additional languages.
