We are looking for a Language speaker Customer Care agent to join our fast-growing startup!

Air Doctor – who are we?

We’re an Israel-based high-tech startup driving change in the global tourism industry.

We’ve just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.

Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

What will I be doing?

Manage start to finish incoming requests between clients seeking medical care and clinics, both for B2C and B2B customers. Communicate with clients world-wide, and work with global teams to ensure the perfect solution is being received for each specific case.

What do you need to bring?

  • Must – Excellent English skills both verbal and written
  • Works well independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Empathetic and compassionate towards clients
  • Quick-learner in a fast-changing environment
  • Understand complex working methodologies and see the big picture.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to perform in a quick pace environment.
  • Thinking quickly and offering suggestions with a high sense of problem solving.
  • Advantage – previous experience giving customer support in a tech-environment.
  • Advantage – good Hebrew skills both verbal and written.
  • Advantage -additional languages

**Shift-based job – 24/7 including nights & weekends.
