Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.
Air Doctor is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager to focus on the international market and join our DREAM team!
The Account Manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers, working closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Generate, deliver, and track monthly KPIs for the customer, providing regular reports, updates, and action plans based on performance results.
• Act as a proactive problem-solver, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
Requirements and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in a client-facing role, with proven experience in the international travel insurance or Insurtech market.
• Technical Product Knowledge: Experience with tech product companies is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to addressing and resolving client issues efficiently.
• Languages: Fluent in English; high proficiency in Hebrew. Additional languages are an advantage.
