About the Job

we’re looking for a Product Designer, experienced in planning, designing, and delivering customer-facing applications in a B2B2C business model, working under the Product Management team to shape and elevate our user experience.

What Will You Do?

• Design and create engaging, user-centric experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Ideate and design solutions for complex internal systems.
• Be part of the full product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to design and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of features.
• Apply and maintain consistency with the company’s standards and design guidelines.

What Do We Look For?

• 2+ years of product design experience on customer-facing products for mobile and desktop.
• Experience designing complex admin systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and proven track record in leading end-to-end design for at least two significant product modules.
• Expertise in designing for both native apps and web-based platforms.
• Background in B2B2C business model is an advantage.
• Profound knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems.
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest details.
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools.
• B.A. in Visual Communication, illustration and animation skills are both an advantage
• Analytical skills with experience utilizing qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a process-driven manner.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a high English proficiency
