Where are we located?
Our offices are based in the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for assigned Israeli clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Lead customer onboarding and early adoption, ensuring a fast time-to-value and a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, and value realization across Air Doctor’s solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Operations, Support, and Sales to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is translated into improvements.
- Monitor customer health, usage, KPIs, and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Develop and execute success plans, including mitigation strategies for at-risk accounts and initiatives to improve retention.
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) to align on goals, performance, and roadmap.
- Ensure high renewal rates by proactively managing customer relationships and delivering measurable value.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, insurance, or Insurtech within the Israeli market.
- Customer Success Mindset: Strong sense of ownership over customer outcomes, retention, and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze usage data, customer health metrics, and feedback to guide decisions and actions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English; confident presenting to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Comfortable influencing and collaborating across teams without formal authority.
- Problem Solver: Proactive, structured, and empathetic approach to resolving customer challenges and driving success.
