Air Doctor is looking for a User Acquisition Manager within the Marketing Team.

From video consultations and at-home visits to in-clinic appointments, our large medical network spans countries, cultures and specialties. We help people feel safe, supported, and cared for with 24/7 access whenever they need us.

Our offices are based in the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns - from strategy and setup to execution, optimization, and scaling.
- Plan, build, and manage high-impact B2C and B2B2C campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Tailor messaging, targeting, and creatives for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance with a data-driven mindset, identifying growth levers and driving measurable ROI.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards in Google Data Studio to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize conversion funnels, and experiment with emerging channels to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, partnerships, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business and user acquisition goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing high-budget digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to extract insights from complex data and translate them into strategic actions.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns across multiple international markets.
- A true owner mindset - proactive, results-oriented, and committed to aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with app install campaigns and mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Background in travel, health tech, or consumer-facing tech industries.
- Familiarity with insurance or B2B2C models is a strong advantage
