Air Doctor is seeking an experienced Doctors Recruiter to join our Medical Network.

From video consultations and at-home visits to in-clinic appointments, our large medical network spans countries, cultures and specialties. We help people feel safe, supported, and cared for with 24/7 access whenever they need us.
Where are we located?
Our offices are based in the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem
To provide our patients with the best medical providers in their whereabout, we are looking for a Doctors Recruiter. which will promote our company, recruit and onboard new medical providers and maintain work relations with our trusted medical professionals
Responsibilities
Represent Air Doctor within the medical community
- Representing Air Doctor within the medical community
- Recruit new medical providers and expand the medical network
- Build relationships and maintain a pipeline of potential providers
- The primary point of contact for medical providers worldwide (technical, financial etc.)
- Lead onboarding and training processes for medical providers
- Represent medical providers’ needs internally and drive platform improvements
- Ensure medical provider quality, compliance, and cost containment
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, both verbal and written – Must
- Fluency in additional languages – Must (daily work in a multicultural, multilingual environment)
- Experience in sales/marketing/customer support – a serious advantage
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
