The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own and drive Air Doctor’s global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leading Sales and Account Management to accelerate revenue growth, user activation, and customer expansion across insurers, assistance companies, and enterprise partners.
The CRO is responsible for building awareness and adoption of Air Doctor among end users, maximizing activation and utilization across markets, and driving upsell and cross-sell within existing customers. This role aligns demand generation, sales execution, account growth, and user engagement under a single revenue and adoption vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate the GTM teams: Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
- Drive global revenue growth through new customer acquisition, user activation, and expansion within existing accounts
- Own end-user awareness and activation strategies in collaboration with partners
- Maximize account value through upsell, cross-sell, and increased platform utilization
- Build scalable GTM processes, pricing, and partnership models aligned with Air Doctor’s growth strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations to align market needs with platform capabilities
Profile
- Proven senior revenue leader in B2B platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, or travel/insurance-related businesses
- Strong experience managing full-funnel GTM teams and complex enterprise accounts
- Strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused, with a global mindset
