Previous experience in logistics is not required!

Start date: 1.09

Location: Cracow

Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from the office possible after a 3‑month on‑site training period)

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30-15:30 and 10:00-18:00 (8h)

Contract of employment, minimum salary for this position is 5696 zł gross per month.

As a Clearance Broker with English, you will be responsible for:

• Email‑based administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, processing documents, and coordinating information flow
• Maintaining logistics and transport documentation
• Entering data into the system and checking its correctness
• Supporting the implementation of a new process within the organization

The perfect candidate:

• Speaks English fluently (min. B2+) and feels confident communicating with clients and team members in this language, including handling calls and day‑to‑day conversation
• Has excellent communication and analytical skills
• Feels comfortable performing calculation‑based tasks, such as computing averages, duties, and other numerical operation
• Wants to develop in an international company
