Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and generate business insights using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Prepare and present performance reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to drive business objectives and operational excellence.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Continuous Improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Strong SQL and Power BI expertise.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• QDM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
