About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Vendor Program Specialist to support FedEx’s global vendor management strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement across the vendor lifecycle.

This role partners with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to strengthen vendor governance, performance, processes, and technology adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendor risk and performance management, including KPI scorecards, QBRs, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation, leveraging tools such as AI, Power BI, and other technologies.

• Support sustainability and diversity initiatives within the vendor lifecycle.

• Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and tools to enable teams to effectively manage vendors.

• Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, IT, and Business stakeholders to drive consistent adoption of vendor management practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, quality, and value across vendor management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Process Design, Vendor Management, Governance, or Business Enablement.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-wide processes, tools, or training programs is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong skills in process improvement, program enablement, and change management.
  • Ability to develop frameworks, templates, playbooks, and training materials that are easy for business teams to adopt.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sourcing, Legal, IT, and Business units.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage Power BI, Coupa, AI, automation, or other reporting/technology tools to improve processes and visibility.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency – C1/C2 level.
