WE’RE HIRING | Manager, Digital & Data – Source to Pay | FedEx

This role will bridge business process ownership and technology delivery, ensuring that digital platforms, data, and automation enable business performance and deliver measurable impact.

🔥 SUPER MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a business, procurement, or enterprise technology environment.
• Oracle FCF: Experience working with Oracle FCF ( Fusion Cloud Procurement )and understanding its application within enterprise Source to Pay processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and digital transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology priorities, system enhancements, and delivery plans.
• Experience managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating with IT delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, Procurement, and Technology teams.
• Understanding of process improvement, automation, data analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, connecting system performance and process efficiency to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading a team of specialists and managing multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the digital procurement ecosystem across the Source to Pay process.
• Define and manage technology roadmaps in partnership with Digital & Technology.
• Translate business needs into prioritized system requirements and align enhancements with business value, compliance, automation, and data quality.
• Coordinate system design, testing, deployment, and benefits realization.
• Drive platform adoption, monitor system usage, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives involving AI, process mining, benchmarking, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
