Process Improvement Analyst – Sourcing & Procurement at FedEx

Must-Have Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• English C1/C2
• Program / Project Management: 4+ years of experience coordinating projects, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Process Design & Improvement: Experience designing, documenting, standardizing, and improving business processes, frameworks, and workflows.
• Vendor Management / Governance: Experience supporting vendor evaluation frameworks, risk assessments, KPIs, SLAs, contract governance, or vendor performance monitoring.
• Change Management & Training: Experience developing training materials, guidelines, playbooks, and supporting the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Analytics & Tools: Ability to use reporting and technology tools such as Power BI, Coupa, dashboards, vendor risk platforms, or similar solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and business teams to implement processes and drive stakeholder adoption.
• Innovation & Automation: Experience identifying process improvement opportunities through automation, AI, or digital tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Exposure to Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide process or tool implementations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
