About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our B2B hardware products. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching hardware products in the B2B space. You will require a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

A Day In Your Life

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our B2B hardware product
  • Conduct market research and identify customer needs and trends to inform product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launch and adoption
  • Work with operations to develop and manage the supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of the product
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and features
  • Develop and maintain total cost of ownership strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
  • Manage the product life cycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring the product stays relevant and competitive in the market
  • Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support product development and investment decisions
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on hardware products in a B2B environment
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical systems and products
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead and motivate R&D teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
