What will you do?

As a Senior Talent Attraction Partner (f/d/m), you will be responsible for the talent acquisition activities for FERNRIDE. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager People & Culture and support Hiring Managers to engage, attract and hire the best talent that will help our organisation as an employer of choice and one of the leading deep companies in Europe.

Leave your footprint by:

  • managing all aspects of end-to-end talent acquisition for a variety of positions across all departments at FERNRIDE
  • leading FERNRIDE’s employer branding effort, including management of external profiling (Glassdoor, Kununu, etc.)
  • developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting high quality candidates to each role while identifying, attracting, and engaging passive & active top talent
  • recommending ideas and strategies related to talent acquisition that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within FERNRIDE’s goals
  • partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and advise on the hiring process, hiring best practices, and other recruiting related matters
  • providing an excellent candidate experience across all stages of the talent acquisition cycle

What you will bring to the team?

  • Strong experience in candidate-centric talent acquisition
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers across the company using data-driven, creative and modern hiring approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, productive relationships
  • Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Interest in supporting strategic initiatives, within the People & Culture domain
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, analytical skills, and a strong ability to execute and deliver
  • Business fluency in both German (at least B1) and English
