What would you do

As an Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) you will manage and coordinate all operational activities at our Munich location. In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing resource allocation and staff scheduling, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and coordinate day-to-day tasks with the right sense of urgency. A proven track record in optimizing processes and delivering clear, actionable reports to senior leadership is essential.

Leave your footprint by:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across various departments to ensure efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency together with our Operations Excellence Team
  • Oversee resource planning and scheduling to ensure that operational and engineering test departments meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the primary local operations spokesperson for the Munich location to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the coordination and management of the company’s non-customer fleet, including timely inspections (TÜV), regular maintenance, and handling of leasing contracts.
  • Coordinate test truck handovers to engineers and drivers, ensuring adherence to pre and post-test procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver operational performance reports, and KPIs to senior management, identifying key areas for improvement.

What you will bring to the team?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations coordination or project management, with a strong focus on organizational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
