Zooming out and taking a look at the impact this has: imagine a law firm that has to pay $40k in annual premiums to protect and run their business, but their agent isn’t well supported from the full commercial insurance value chain. This isn’t a small purchasing decision, and they definitely don’t want to get it wrong.

Role Overview

Flow is hiring a Marketing Campaigns Manager to help build the demand and awareness funnel from the ground up. For people who like to build brands that stand out. Our offering has a low barrier to entry, so the marketing opportunity is all about awareness, channel activation, and clarity of message. Reporting into our Director of Marketing and Communications- This role will work hand in hand with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to help potential customers understand that there is no risk to working with us, so they might as well try! If we do our job right, we will benefit from moving a huge needle!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing programs – position will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing that generates pipeline
  • Work with product marketing, content, and creative teams to plan an integrated marketing calendar of events for net new leads and brand awareness
  • Own email and nurture campaigns including list building/list management, basic design, testing and execution, as well as working with product marketing on content and campaigns
  • Experience with Hubspot to create landing pages, campaigns, emails, lists, and workflows
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution for all events including sponsored conferences, roadshows, CAB, sales kickoffs, and sales dinners (both in-person and virtual)

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing campaign experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record delivering programs with a customer focus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Curious and innovative
  • Flexible, you can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of prioritization
