Position Overview

Our product team is growing, and we’re seeking a Product Manager who is curious and passionate about solving complex problems. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you'll join an experienced team in our Tel Aviv office and play a key role in advancing our company forward. As an early-stage startup, this role is crucial to driving innovation and shaping the future of our product strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building our core products, such as the Workflow Engine. In addition, this person will oversee the execution of the development sprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our external and internal clients' needs and guide the delivery team accordingly
• Experience working with remote teams and time zones
• Drive end-to-end features and functionalities through the development lifecycle
• Work with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, AI team (based in Tel-Aviv), and domain experts (based in the US) to implement, rollout, and measure meaningful features from concept through planning to development, launch, and post-launch support
• Act with a sense of urgency and intellectual curiosity; go beyond the boundaries of what your job description states
• Identify new opportunities to make an impact via quantitative and qualitative research, UX studies, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in early-stage companies building web products, specifically in B2B
• A builder mentality is key—more than prior industry experience, it's the eagerness to dive deep and fully grasp a new domain that truly matters
• Experience defining and executing a product roadmap that breaks down a strategy into milestones
• Technical acumen and working with highly technical teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bonus: experience working on ML/AI products
• Bonus: prior experience in fintech, insurtech, or the financial services sector
