The Role

Due to our significant growth, Flow is seeking an Associate Broker with a focus on Management Liability to join our team. You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation by reshaping the future of what it means to be a specialty wholesale broker. From a client segment perspective, Flow is targeting the middle market space, with a focus on specialty lines / other hard-to-place risks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio ensuring high renewal retention and maintaining strong client relationships
• Evaluate and place policies, ensuring terms and conditions meet client needs while collaborating closely with underwriters
• Process and evaluate quotes, create proposals, and compare quotes to ensure competitive pricing and the best coverage options for clients
• Ensure all changes to the risk are addressed effectively and efficiently, adapting as needed to new market conditions and client requirements
• Handle inside brokering for high-volume accounts, leveraging technology and AI agents to manage a substantial workload
• Work in partnership with the tech team to streamline processes and use advanced AI-driven tools to manage and maintain business

Requirements

• 3+ of insurance experience, specifically wholesale brokering and placement services
• Must have key knowledge in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary & Crime. Inclusive of Private and Not-For-Profit D&O.
• Highly detailed orientated, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with underwriters, clients, and tech teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines and client needs are consistently met.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to utilize AI agents and new technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
