Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and follow up on inbound leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client needs and company goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly update the CRM system with prospect and customer information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Partner with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Represent Ghost Security at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and industry trends is a plus.

- Competitive compensation On Target Earnings ranging from $240,000 to $280,000, depending on experience.
