About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Services Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in proactively reaching out to and following up with prospective insureds and helping new insureds onboard to HDVI’s suite of Fleet Services products and systems. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, organizational competencies, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for our prospective and current insureds.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospective insureds to assist them with providing HDVI telematics data (HDVI Safety Lookback) and Pre-Policy information
- Explain the benefits of providing telematics data and the potential for an upfront discount via HDVI Safety Lookback and HDVI Shift
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new insureds
- Ensure data is consistently and accurately secured in HDVI systems for Fleet Service consultations
- Coordinate internal and external Fleet Service KPI fleet meetings
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Work collaboratively with Fleet Services, Business Development, Underwriting, SW Product, and Marketing to continuously seek ways to improve HDVI’s Safety Lookback/Fleet Service products.

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to and a desire to problem solve.
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with trucking companies or fleets of commercial motor vehicles
