About the Role

HELIXintel uses channel partners to deliver our CMMS software platform and products to stakeholders in the property management ecosystem. Our value begins with our CMMS platform for property and asset managers. We are seeking a CMMS Account Executive to drive the acquisition of customers for our CMMS platform via our channel partner network. The role will require a passion for SaaS software, an acumen for relationship building, and refined project management skills. Ultimately, you will take a process-oriented approach to developing a pipeline of interested parties, and converting them to customers on our platform.

What You Will Do

1. CMMS Sales: Engage leads and convert them into customers across multiple industries that require maintenance management, such as municipal properties, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial office, etc. To do so, you will need to understand the complexities of maintenance management and how the company's CMMS software addresses these challenges.

2. Adaptive selling: Seek to understand the unique challenges of each prospect and suggest tiered solutions that improve their maintenance operations.

3. Manage accounts and negotiate an upsell: Actively manage accounts to foster business success and drive upsell activity by negotiating service and pricing that presents a compelling ROI of the software solution.

4. Revenue Goals and KPIs: Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets. Monitor team key performance indicators that preceded revenue growth (e.g., substantive client contacts, active users, platform activity) and adjust strategies to ensure sales success.

5. Market Trends and Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product team for continuous product improvement based on prospective client feedback and competitive analysis.

6. Build the team and foster collaboration: Identify resourcing needs, promote the success of new team members, and collaborate with customer success to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Earned a bachelor’s degree business, engineering, or related fields that support technical problem solving
  • Successful sales or customer success track record: Demonstrate a track record of driving sales or customer success in SaaS technology environments, and ideally in CMMS.
  • Communication and Relationship Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and an aptitude for fostering relationships.
  • Active listening and problem solving: Have an ability to identify customer problems and present software solutions as viable options.
  • CRM Exposure: Experience with CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and product improvement.

Hiring

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skillset, education and/or certifications.

Location

HELIXintel adds talent for in-office, hybrid, and remote roles. This role allows for remote work with occasional travel for client meetings and team gatherings. Our company is based in Buffalo, NY.
