We are looking for a People Operations Partner here at INSHUR, working on a platform which covers multiple territories, including the UK, New York and new European countries and US territories as we expand.

Reporting to the Head of People in the UK, you'll be joining an amazing team of 6 who believe in integrity, fairness, trust and commitment. Requirements

As our People Ops Partner you will help us keep the team productive, engaged and compliant.

You will be co-owning and developing the US onboarding and off boarding processes and be the primary point of contact for anything to do with our US offices. You will assist with our hiring and provide support to a variety of efforts from L&D to performance management. You will also help manage our benefits, taking charge of maintaining morale amongst the team using team building and various other initiatives and events. There will be requirements to travel to California, Louisiana and the UK, visiting all our fantastic employees and work hubs.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previously worked in a fast growing startup environment in a similar role
  • Are passionate about building environments that produce high performing, diverse and productive teams and fully appreciate the value of external and internal relationship building
  • Have plenty of experience in dealing with various tasks/stakeholders and easily navigate and prioritize what needs to be done
  • Have a working know-how in managing benefits (including Health, Pensions and wellness offering) as well as payroll processes.
  • Have some experience in navigating employee issues including performance, discipline, grievances and conflict-resolution with process and good judgment
  • Know your way around productivity & collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, HiBob, Justworks and Lattice (to name a few) and don’t mind doing the necessary admin, filing and documentation as required.

Our budget for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 and we will take into account your previous experience when agreeing on the final offer. We operate flexible working hours.
