We are looking for an Accounts Associate here at ABI, based in Westlake Village, CA. You’ll be working for a busy Commercial Insurance Brokerage that specializes in the "for hire" transportation industry, which includes taxicab, limousine, and rideshare TNC APP based companies. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Westlake office, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment.

You’ll be working with an international team with hubs in New York City 🗽, Westlake, CA ⛰️, Dallas, TX ⭐, UK 🇬🇧, and the Netherlands 🇳🇱 who are re-inventing insurance.

Supported by (and reporting to) the Agency Manager, you'll be joining a friendly team of 5 who believe in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. Our focus is on understanding the unique needs of the transportation industry, ensuring that our clients receive tailored insurance solutions that drive their success.

What you'll do

As an Accounts Associate you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. You’ll also handle policy renewals, address client inquiries, and work closely with underwriters to deliver competitive coverage options for our transportation clients. Your proactive approach will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

What we offer

Our budget for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 and we will take into account any previous experience and location of work when agreeing on the final offer.
