What you'll be doing

We are looking for an outstanding Growth Marketing Intern who will support our marketing team. You will be learning and managing some of our online paid channels (display, social,...) as well as organic ones (landing pages, product pages, blog pages, emails), with a strong focus on the execution of our growth marketing strategy.

This varies from creating content about insurance, to how to set up your own business, calculate your hourly rate, and interviews with fellow entrepreneurs (including photo shooting and video recording). It's up to you to make Insify the (insurance) brand for entrepreneurs!

In particular, you will execute the growth marketing strategy (testimonials, refer-a-friend program, linkbuilding,...) that put Insify on the map, leaving incumbent insurance companies far behind the curve.

A day in the life of a Product Management Intern

  • Build relationships with publishers (bloggers, influencers, journalists,...) and make sure our content is being shared and linked to;
  • Get testimonials from our customers and integrate them in marketing material;
  • Execute and publish content on our organic social media for one of our market in the Netherlands, Germany or France;
  • Create and maintain refer-a-friend program;
  • Write and deliver engaging content (landing pages, blog, emails,...) for one of our markets in the Netherlands, Germany or France;
  • Measure your success with data and learn from it.

What will make you successful in this role:

You have seen your fair share of products & processes, know your way around technology, and you like to learn and stay on top of technological developments. You’re a natural leader and don't stop until the job is done.

Essential:

  • In addition to a good command of English, you are native level Dutch speaker. (This is essential because you'll be working and writing content for the Dutch market);
  • You are a Bachelor/ Master student or recent graduate in Marketing / Economics / Business / Communications;
  • You are analytical and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude, make progress on all fronts, and you bring a high degree of initiative.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have a previous experience (internship, part-time, own blog,...) in a similar role
  • You are a strong communicator and know how to best address different target groups
  • You know how to conduct market research, target different segments/audiences
  • Know your way around content creation, SEO/SEA, social media marketing.
