We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Marketing Manager France who will drive our expansion in France. You will be a strategic partner in shaping the content and communication strategy, from helping to define our positioning to creating the highest impact messaging. Your role

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the mastermind behind the consumer-facing content in France. You are responsible for our marketing channels, consumer research, and the full user journeys.

You are in charge of creating a marketing plan and strategy for our products. You work very closely with our product team and marketing channel specialists. You are responsible for creating and executing the marketing plan. You test, iterate, and deploy different communication angles as well as new channels.

You are responsible for the deployment of consumer-facing content. You can proofread content and sometimes create the content yourself. From an interesting blog article and beating competitors at SEO, to an informative e-book or a catchy social post, you are a seasoned marketing leader who can do it all! You can communicate a holistic story across a multitude of channels and user touchpoints like no other.

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the creation of content that will make our customers - freelancers and small entrepreneurs - enthusiastic. This varies from content about insurance, to how to set up your own business, calculate your hourly rate, and interviews with fellow entrepreneurs. It's up to you to make Insify the (insurance) brand for entrepreneurs!

A day in the life of Insify's Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Own Insify's marketing strategy and execution in France!
  Own the full user journey
  Own consumer research and activate the insights into recommendations for the product team as well as for our marketing and communication strategy
  Become an expert of our insurance product and translate their benefits to our customers
  Be hands-on and able to generate content yourself, as well as being able to brief and delegate
  Support the launch of new channels (e.g., direct mail, lead generation, native,...)
  Conceptualize and drive our CRM communication strategy from lifecycle to retention flows
  Drive coordination and creation of all content on the Insify platform in France and other channels (landing pages, blog articles, e-books, newsletters etc.)
  Support UX copywriting and landing page creation
  Proofread and provide feedback on content written by freelancers
  Optimize our SEO, SEA and social copy in collaboration with our growth marketers

Your profile

• You have 6+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on the French market. Bonus points if you have already worked in fintech and/or fast-paced scale-ups
  You are a native French speaker
  You know how to create a marketing plan and how to execute it to perfection
  You know how to conduct consumer research, especially for qualitative insights
  You have the ability to think creatively in new and unconventional ways
  You have strong communication and storytelling skills (a passion to tell stories that change the way people think about insurance)
  You display ruthless prioritization with a focus on impact: you do not get distracted by incoming opportunities and can focus on those that drive the most value
  You are highly organized and get energized from making progress on all fronts
