Commercial insurance needs to change. Insify was born out of our frustration with how traditional insurers operate. We’re a start-up that is well underway to change the “dull” and “tedious” image of insurance to engaging, easy, and trustworthy (yes, really!).
Getting your car or mobile phone insured is pretty easy online. But insuring the risk you run with your company and with yourself (or your loved ones) as an entrepreneur is a real pain today for many entrepreneurs. Manual forms, forced coffee with advisors, endless (irrelevant) questions to fill, and hefty pricing... and once insured, what if your revenue goes up or you hire a team? Chance is, you won't be insured for that, but you'll only find out once you submit a claim.
We are a tech company at heart, building our own insurance platform. We extensively rely on data to figure out how to best get our customer’s & their companies insured. Combine that with our fully online portal, real attention to UX, and leading underwriting, then getting yourself and your business insured may just become a fun experience.

Our team is led by seasoned entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses in fintech/e-commerce (SumUp, HelloFresh, Bloomon, Knab, etc.). Your role
You ensure that Insify's French prospects and customers have a fantastic customer experience. We aim to ensure, just as ensuring should be: helpful, friendly, honest, and personal. You contribute to shaping our customer experience and support. As a startup employee, you will have a clear view of all processes within a rapidly growing company, such as marketing and product development, offering many interesting growth opportunities. As a Customer Care Specialist, your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting prospects and customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Continuously improving our customer experience
  • Exceeding customer expectations with fantastic service
  • Contributing to product and process improvements from a customer perspective
What will make you successful in this role:
  • An excellent command of English and native in French
  • Experience in customer support for a complex product
  • You are customer-friendly, eager to learn, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • You enjoy working in a team but can also work well independently
Bonus points for: Previous experience in Customer Support within the insurance/fintech/SaaS industry or within a startup/scale-up.
