We started our journey 4 years ago in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!
As a User Interview Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating user interviews with self-employed people in France through a dedicated platform to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up processes. We are looking for a proactive and organized student to manage the planning, communication, and invoicing of our Marketing and Product interviews.
What you will be doing
- Define the mission and objectives for user interviews with Marketing team and Tech team: verticals we want to focus on, profile of candidates (age / location / experience…)
- Reach out to users on the platform to arrange interviews (we’re using Malt platform).
- Send out the calendar for users to schedule appointments.
- Follow up on invoicing with consultants, the platform, and the finance department, making sure users are paid as soon as possible once the interview is done.
What you'll bring
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- Available for up to 10 hours per week, with flexibility to divide hours over the days based on your availability
- Ability to work both at home and on-site
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
