Your Mission:
As a Junior Growth Associate, you will act as a "growth engine" and project support, diving into different marketing and sales channels to help us scale at lightspeed. You will ship campaigns, run experiments, and use data and AI tools to move real numbers. Your mission is to support high-impact initiatives that drive new customer acquisition.

In particular you will:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: You support the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and emerging channels. You monitor performance, iterate creatives, tweak targeting, and push ROI up.
  • Experimental Growth Frameworks: You actively use AI tools and assist in identifying opportunities to improve, implement experiments including A/B testing, and measure results.
  • Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the brand and product teams to create landing pages and ad copy.

This is a strong fit if you are:

  • Recent Graduate: You are straight out of university with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and you have a strong drive to grow professionally.
  • Have ownership Mindset: You want to "own" your projects and see the direct results of your work.
  • Analytical & Adaptable: You can switch from a high-level creative brainstorm to a detailed data audit of a marketing campaign.
  • Problem Solver: You have the ability to take a messy growth experiment and transform it into a clear, executable roadmap.
  • Proactive Learner: Highly organized and able to manage overlapping timelines; you know how to focus on what actually moves the needle.
  • "Get it done" Mentality: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work required to prove a concept.
