Your mission
As our Talent & People Specialist, you'll own a defined slate of recruiting end-to-end, run our onboarding experience, and keep our People operations engine running smoothly. You'll partner closely with our Talent Lead and interim VP People to scale how we hire, onboard, and support the team as Insify grows.
Roughly half of your time will be recruiting. A third will be onboarding and probation. The rest will be People ops and office. Some of the work is operational. Some of it is strategic. All of it matters.
This role is for someone who wants to grow inside a high-performance People function and take real ownership from day one.
What you’ll be up to (some examples):
- Own full-cycle recruiting on a defined slate of Operations and Growth roles (sourcing, screening, candidate experience, offer, close)
- Partner with the Talent Lead on engineering and product hiring (interview coordination, ATS hygiene, candidate communication)
- Run the onboarding experience end-to-end so new joiners start strong: paperwork, IT setup, first-week structure, 30/60/90 check-ins
- Own probation reviews and the system that supports them
- Run People operations: contracts, compliance, offboarding, HR systems, payroll inputs, documentation
- Keep policies and internal documentation current as the company scales
- Lead engagement initiatives, surveys, and cultural touchpoints
- Own office operations and the in-office experience that makes Insify a place people want to be
- Spot process gaps and ship practical improvements, not just flag them
You'll help keep the People engine running smoothly, and you'll have real surface area to make it better.
This is a strong fit for you if:
- Have 2-4 years of experience in a People or Talent Acquisition ideally at a scale-up or in a fast-paced environment
- Have run full-cycle recruiting independently for at least 1-2 years
- Are comfortable across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, people ops, office
- Are highly organized, reliable, and improve processes rather than only running them
- Communicate clearly and confidently with hiring managers, candidates, and team members
- Are comfortable working in-person and collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-moving environments with high standards and minimal supervision
- Want to grow into a Senior Recruiter or Talent Operations Lead role over time
