Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The Sales Agent will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the real estate market, and is eager to contribute to the growth of an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and other key stakeholders in the market.
  • Present and Sell Inspectify Services: Effectively communicate the value of Inspectify's inspection services and technology solutions to potential clients.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the San Antonio area.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Answer Inbound Calls: Handle all inbound calls professionally, providing information and addressing client inquiries.
  • Sourcing New Deals: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Sourcing New Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations to drive growth.
  • Conduct Inspections: Participate in conducting inspections to ensure client satisfaction and quality service.
  • Meet Real Estate Professionals In Person: Engage with real estate professionals in person to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Handle After-Hours Calls: Be available to receive inbound calls after hours and on weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel within San Antonio and 100 mile radius.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to carry items up to 20 pounds.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market in San Antonio, Texas.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage sales processes and client interactions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
