At Inspectify, we are a Y Combinator (S20) backed startup building the leading marketplace for home inspections. Our software streamlines the inspection experience and creates the single most comprehensive data set of every single home. We operate in both the United States and Canada and partner with some of the most prominent and fastest growing real estate brokerages in the world.

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven team member to join our growing Inspector Partnerships team. This team plays a critical role in transforming a traditionally outdated industry by ensuring we have the right inspector supply in place to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers, and inspectors and service providers who power our platform.

Description:

As an Inspector Partnerships Associate (Supply Growth), you’ll help scale Inspectify’s marketplace by recruiting, onboarding, and activating inspector partners in priority markets. This role is centered on building supply ahead of demand, with room to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership as the business grows.

You’ll work closely with Operations and Growth teams to translate demand signals into proactive supply growth, helping ensure consistent coverage, strong partner engagement, and high-quality service delivery as Inspectify expands.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Identify, source, and recruit home inspectors and service providers in markets with growing or unmet demand.
  • Own outbound and inbound inspector recruiting efforts across multiple channels (email, phone, text, referrals, industry groups, job boards, and events).
  • Educate prospective inspectors on Inspectify’s platform, expectations, and earning opportunities.
  • Drive inspectors through the full acquisition funnel, from first contact through onboarding and first job activation.
  • Partner with internal teams to prioritize markets and service types based on demand and performance data.
  • Track and manage recruiting pipelines, conversion rates, and time-to-activation metrics.
  • Document recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and best practices to support scalability.
  • Surface recurring objections, friction points, and market feedback to inform process and product improvements.
  • Experiment with new tools, messaging, and workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and supply readiness.
What you bring to the table:
  • A builder’s mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging conversations.
  • Ability to operate in evolving environments and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in marketplace dynamics and supply-side growth.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Relevant experience in recruiting, sales, partnerships, operations, or marketplace roles is preferred but not required.

This job is open to candidates in the US or Canada. If you’re excited about building marketplace supply, developing strong partner relationships, and helping scale a fast-growing platform, we encourage you to apply and be part of our growing team.

Compensation for this role begins at $50,000 and may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
