We are looking to add an exceptional new member to our Customer Success team that can help us transform a traditionally outdated industry by offering a best in-class experience for our customers, our brokerage partners, inspectors and appraisers who make our platform a reality.

Description:

As a Customer Success Associate you will be on the front lines talking with customers, inspectors and appraisers, but also working with the Growth team to build a customer experience that will help us grow month over month. This role is for someone who is customer focused, works well with ambiguity and is a problem solver.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Be the go-to person for our customers, partner agents, inspectors and appraisers to ensure bookings happens on-time, every-time
  • Communicate with our inspectors and appraisers to set up inspections and fix issues as they arise
  • Work alongside account managers and clients to learn about their needs and find solutions to drive adoption and expansion of accounts
  • Identify ways to improve customer experience, booking times and issue reduction, refine and document internal processes, and make recommendations for new product features
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure supply readiness to deliver on customer expectations for various inspection types

This job is open to candidates in the US with two open roles:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PT
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT

Salary range starts at $47,000
