Your central role

  • Lead the PMO for the Global HR Program with multiple countries in scope and over 150 program contributors
  • Ensure integrated steering and delivery assurance for the international, group-wide implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including a coherent master plan across workstreams, milestones and dependencies
  • Ensure transparency and decision readiness for senior management through proactive risk and dependency management, early escalation of critical issues and preparation of decision documents
  • Ensure overall budget management with forward-looking cost planning and regular financial tracking against the business case
  • Steer and manage the performance of the external system integrator to ensure delivery quality, milestone adherence and effective escalation management
  • Provide functional leadership to the PMO team and ensure high performance standards in analysis, reporting and governance processes

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, HR, information systems or comparable field, with several years of experience in complex transformation programs in an international environment
  • Proven lateral leadership experience in a matrix setting, including steering cross-functional and intercultural stakeholders and teams
  • Strong expertise in program governance, financial steering, risk/dependency management and executive-level reporting
  • Strong conceptual understanding of HR processes and HR IT landscapes (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or comparable), with the ability to steer and critically challenge workstreams and external providers/system integrators
  • Highly effective communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex program topics clearly to senior management and international stakeholders
  • Business-fluent in German and English
