Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and efficient support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to digital products, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
- Monitor digital product performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Ensuring all data uploads are done on a daily basis across all products.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with digital products.
- Supporting the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications
- Liaise and escalate to specific line of business underwriting teams when Underwriter referral is required.
- Develop a basic understanding of the Underwriting principles behind each of the digital products offered.
- Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting.
- Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
- Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and digital compliance standards.
- Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs
