We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated actuarial student who will support the Pricing and Valuation Team key ongoing projects and new initiatives related to Health Experience Analysis, Mortality Pricing Methodology, Inforce Management, exploration of new products/benefits, Experience Study, Prognosis and Loss ratio analysis.

Key Responsibilities – Valuation

1. Contribute to Life Experience Study and valuation framework building automated datasets pipelines and checking against the existing set up.
2. Help in building automated pipelines for creating valuation inforce extracts for GGY AXIS and check against the existing set up.
3. Help in streamlining the prognosis data preparation for quarterly IFRS 17 valuation
4. Support the Valuation Team in the delivery of allocated projects, relating to Actuarial activities.
5. Aid the Valuation Managers in fulfilling valuation responsibilities during key business periods.

Education & Experience

Essential :

• Actuarial Student with 3 – 4 actuarial exams cleared (CM1, CS1 and CS2 preferred)
• 0 –1 year experience / internship in the life insurance or actuarial domain
• Strong computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good to Have:

• SQL, R, VBA, Python
