Your central role

• Providing expert advice and taking professional responsibility for assigned tasks within the ERGO Group in the areas of global HR reporting, HR analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and global job architecture.
• Defining global HR reporting standards, KPIs, and compliance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Fostering global HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and designing and delivering standardized global HR reports in alignment with local reporting requirements.
• Supporting the global Strategic Workforce Planning’s annual cycle by working with the data in related tools.
• Accompanying, leading, and managing projects.

Your profile

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR controlling/analytics within a global context.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics on a global scale.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data, with proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., SAP Success Factors, HR Forecast)
• Excellent level in English, both, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in global teams and adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
• Experience leading projects from conception to execution, with strong organizational skills.
