Program Controller Global HR Transformation (m/w/d)

Role and tasks
- Own and maintain the financial governance of strategic HR transformation initiatives and their business cases, including adherence to internal processes and reporting requirements
- Track, validate and report realization of planned savings and benefits in country organizations, and ensure transparency on financial risks, budget deviations and mitigation measures
- Manage and monitor overall program budgets, forecasts and financial performance, including tracking of purchase orders, invoices and budget utilization
- Assess financial implications of scope changes and budget reallocations, support budget-related change requests and investment decisions, and prepare regular financial analyses and forecasts for Program Leadership and the Steering Committee
- Act as central contact for all controlling-related topics towards Program Leadership, Finance and other stakeholders and contribute to broader Transformation Office activities (e.g. governance topics, steering preparation, ad-hoc analyses)
Profile and skills
- Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in program controlling, finance, PMO or transformation management, ideally in large international HR or IT programs
- Strong experience in business case management, forecasting and financial reporting
- Very good analytical skills, high attention to detail and quality, kombiniert mit einer strukturierten, kollaborativen und proaktiven Arbeitsweise
