About the Role - Chief of Staff

Were looking for a sharp, motivated Chief of Staff to work directly with our founders and leadership team to drive key initiatives across the company. You'll help shape strategy, keep things moving, and take ownership of high-impact projects-from internal ops to go-to-market efforts.If you're passionate about AI's potential to transform industries and energized by a high-impact role on a small team, wed love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

• Be a strategic partner to the founders across planning, operations, and execution
• Join business development calls, prep materials, and help close strategic deals
• Lead and support cross-functional projects that drive company growth
• Collaborate on pitch decks, investor updates, and board communications
• Conduct research, analyze data, and surface insights to inform key decisions
• Step into gaps-whether in hiring, GTM, fundraising, or product-and make things happen

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years experience in finance, consulting, or operations at early stage startup-bonus if its in biotech or pharma
• STEM degree preferred
• Passionate about the possibilities of LLMs and AI to solve meaningful problems
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with investors, partners, and clients
• Highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Cash compensation range: $145,000 - $200,000
• Equity grants in Quantile Health
• Unlimited PTO

• Location: Hudson Yards, NYC (on-site 2 days a week)
