Description
Sentra is on a mission to enable cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure their data. We are a fast growing start-up company, located in Tel Aviv (near a train station) with a very strong founding team. We are looking to hire an Employee Experience & office Manager for a temporary position of ~6 months, to work closely with our growing team on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe.
The estimated start date is beginning of July 2024.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate general office tasks such as office supplies, food orders, office logistics, repairs, maintenance etc.
- Help with the preparation of invoices and other reports with the company’s CFO.
- Assist in global onboarding/offboarding processes and on executing various cross company initiatives.
- Work with suppliers around the globe to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Initiate and manage the execution of welfare activities such as offsites, company events etc.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an Office Manager/Operations Manager in a startup environment - a must.
- Strong Operational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize while growing fast.
- Proactive, attentive to details, and a problem-solver.
- Motivated by helping others and service oriented.
- Excellent organization, time management, follow up and “close the loop” abilities to push the global ongoing operations of the growing company.
- Fluent English - verbal and written communication.
- Ability to start in the beginning of July 2024 for ~6 months
