Description

Sentra is on a mission to enable cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure their data. We are a new, fast growing start-up company, located in the heart of Tel Aviv with a very strong founding team. We are looking to recruit SDR to our team, to work closely with our 4 founders on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe.

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), your job will be to find and engage prospects and drive continued sales growth and to put in place the foundation of Sentra’s SDR operation. We are looking for high-energy and driven professionals to work with our fast-growing team of ambitious people.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and persistently create and follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline as an individual contributor, as well as a team player
  • Understand industry trends and show dedication to continuous learning on all professional fronts
  • Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to help develop and improve marketing materials
  • Engage in the targeted campaigns from designated prospect lists provided
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Cold calls to prospects and generate new leads
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM database

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing sales development experience in a B2B environment, within SaaS Cyber with a proven track record of success
  • Native English speaker – Mandatory (read/write/speak)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to lead high-level discussions
  • History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
  • Commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking needed to thrive in a performance-oriented culture
  • Must be a self-starter, be comfortable with limited supervision and in a multicultural environment
  • Motivated by individual and team achievement
  • Must have experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Linkedin, Zoominfo and the likes
