Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Architect to champion our customers' needs at Sentra. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our Customer Success team and R&D, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with customer requirements and the evolving threat landscape. You will also be a hands-on implementer, working closely with customers to design, architect, and deliver effective solutions that address their unique challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Account Managers and customers to deeply understand their security challenges and technical environments.
- Act as a customer advocate within R&D discussions. Translate customer needs and limitations into actionable technical requirements for product development.
- Design and architect custom solutions to overcome complex technical challenges faced by our enterprise clients.
- Leverage your expertise in public cloud architecture to design secure and scalable deployments on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to stay current on Sentra's technology roadmap and ensure your solutions leverage the latest capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership to the Customer Success team, assisting in evaluating requirements, planning solutions, and driving successful implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software/solution engineering, preferably within a Cybersecurity company.
- Experience with Python and Typescript
- Proven track record of architecting secure and scalable solutions in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Azure) with a focus on networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
- A willingness to travel internationally and work collaboratively with colleagues across time zones, including overlap with US working hours.
