Sentra enables security teams to gain full visibility and control of data, as well as protecting against sensitive data breaches across the entire public cloud stack. By discovering where all the sensitive data is, how it’s secured, who has access to it, and where it’s going, Sentra reduces the ‘data attack surface.’ (the sum of all places where sensitive or critical data is traveling to).
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), your job will be to find and engage prospects and drive continued sales growth and to put in place the foundation of Sentra’s SDR operation. We are looking for high-energy and driven professionals to work with our fast-growing team of ambitious people.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and persistently create and follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline as an individual contributor, as well as a team player
- Understand industry trends and show dedication to continuous learning on all professional fronts
- Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to help develop and improve marketing materials
- Engage in the targeted campaigns from designated prospect lists provided
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
- Cold calls to prospects and generate new leads
- Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM database
Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing sales development experience in a SaaS B2B environment, with a proven track record of success
- Cybersecurity experience required
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to lead high-level discussions
- History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
- Commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking needed to thrive in a performance-oriented culture
- Must be a self-starter, be comfortable with limited supervision and in a multicultural environment
- Motivated by individual and team achievement
- Must have experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Linkedin, Zoominfo
